Jesus, Bring The Rain

I LOVE this song! However, I always have a hard time singing it. I don't think I have ever made it through without getting choked up or without tears. I guess that means that it means a lot to me. I know that I want Jesus to "bring the rain", but do I really want Him to? That means that things might, sometime, be hard. But like the songs says, "If that's what it takes to praise You, Jesus, bring the rain!"

Our Choir sang this at church a couple of weeks ago and yes I was a bawl bagger just like you. There were many a hand being lifted and tons of Amens after. It's really a wonderful song! Thank you for sharing!! I'll take more songs now please. :O)
