Our Garden

This was our garden in May.

This is our garden today!

We are growing tomatoes, green peppers, red peppers, jalapeno peppers, onions, lettuce and we may or may not have any of our garlic left. The tomatoes are completely overtaking the place, unfortunately they aren't really producing a whole lot of tomatoes. We have four. The jalapenos are producing like crazy. The green and red pepper plants look great, but we only have one pepper. I'm not sure what we are doing wrong, but we would love to be enjoying the fruits of our labor!

This is the lettuce that is planted in the front yard. It has done really well!

We have been able to enjoy a nice green salad!

More lettuce is in process.

Jon decided to pull out the onions that didn't look like they were really doing anything. They are tiny, but have been so good in salad, on homemade pizza and in salsa. I am trying to keep my over-anxious husband from pulling out any more just yet!

The sunflowers are getting tall!

This one looks so neat as it's getting ready to open up!

This little tomato came from our neighbor's little plant.

Our other neighbor gave us this cucumber and tomato. :) Luke was so excited to have a Bob and Larry!

This is a pot of Cosmos. Our neighbor's daughter gave us a packet of seeds and this is the progress they have made so far. I am so excited to see what they will look like soon! Thank you, Marsha!

Love the pic with his tiny "Bob" and his cheesy smile! Our garden is taking it's time. Probably cause we were dummies and started everything from seed(way too late). We have had green beans and Erika's had a few strawberries though. :O)
